PUMPKINS!!

10-16-11
So I'm all about letting Jaxon try and explore new things so I was super excited when it came to painting and carving pumpkins for Halloween. Little ones have minds that are like sponges! They can soak up and learn soooo much so quickly when they are this age. Seeing him use finger paints for the first time was exciting for me. He loved how it felt in between his fingers, AND TOES! ;) Ha, we got a tad bit messy but our pumpkins turned out super cute and it will be a memory I cherish forever.
He's sooo excited to paint pumpkins!!
 The artist hard at work

My messy baby boy. I fall more in love with that smile everyday :)
Bath time for the messy baby! Praise the Lord for washable paint!
The Magrath Family Pumpkins! Mommy's = Happy Halloween, Jaxon's in the middle, and Daddy's = Magrath Family.

Pumpkin Carving!!
Again, I love to let my little man explore and MAN he did exactly that when we cut open his big pumpkin to carve it. I was half expecting him to not like touching the pumpkin guts but turns out my boy isn't afraid to just jump right in and get dirty! (I shouldn't be surprised) ;)

 PUMPKIN GUTS!! FUN!!

The Magrath Family pumpkins! Daddy's pumpkin was three little ghosts and mommy carved each one of our handprints!
Love, love, love this! A perfect memory for our first Halloween as a family of three.
